We have a few simple rules for the price promise. Primarily so we're assured that your request has been made upon a genuine 'like-for-like' product basis and that you're ready to buy:

The competitor's product must be identical in brand, model, size and options etc. (Like for like.)
The competitor's product must be clearly advertised and able to be purchased online now.
The competitor's price should be inclusive of UK mainland delivery & VAT.
We won�t match prices of auction sites, for example eBay.
You're in a position to place your order that very day.
