Jan�s latest car seat base, the Strata Platform, is the first base to feature an exclusive ISOFIX system that reduces the G-forces in an accident. Its revolutionary, patented Pneumatic Absorption System (PAS) reduces the impact of an accident to minimalise potential injuries.

The Strata Platform is compatible with the Strata Car Seat and is designed for newborns, Group 0+, 0-13kg, and is suitable until baby is 18 months. Jan� understands that you will be taking your baby in and out of the car and pram on a regular basis and that this process needs to be easy, yet reassuringly safe. The Strata infant car seat simply clicks on and off the Strata Base in the car and will click on to the chassis of a Jan� pram in seconds, simply �Click & Go'.
ELECTRONIC WARNING SYSTEM
The biggest challenge new users face when it comes to car seats, is fitting them correctly. A staggering 70% of car seats are not fixed into the correct position. The invention of ISOFIX already combats this issue, as it simply clicks onto anchorage points on the car chassis. However, for added security, Jan� has developed a patented Electronic Warning System that will detect the correct installation of the ISOFIX system and Strata car seat. A visual and audible system alerts the user that the base and car seat are in the correct position. And if this doesn�t give enough assurance, simply press the 'test' button to double check.
