Hi Rosie, Thanks for your enquiry. The Raincover is made for single strollers, so unfortunately it will not fit the First Wheels City Twin. It fill fit almost any single stroller with a canopy, and should fit a First Wheels single stroller but the

Hi Harriet, Thanks for your enquiry. Yes it should fit your pushchair but it will not fit in the parent facing position. There are so many models of strollers out there today, we are unable to try them all but we took a cross section from small to large, and designed to fit all of the main styles. It is made of a strong polyester fabric, coating with breathable PU (as used in Ski jackets) to keep the rain out with a PEVA (it’s a PVC free product) window and is much hardier than the normal PVC raincovers.
